About BALZY

Where is BALZY located?

Our headquarters are located in the vibrant Dutch capital, where we work on our cool mission every day with our team.

We also have a small office in Lisbon where part of our creative team works. (And sometimes some of our Dutch employees!)

Are BALZY products tested on animals?

No. Only on Nathan and Ingmar's balls.

How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

You can unsubscribe from BALZY emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link found in each newsletter.

Transactional emails (such as an order confirmation) do not have this link and you will always receive it.

Who is behind BALZY?

BALZY was founded in 2020 by Nathan and Ingmar in response to the lack of cool and good products for men's personal care.

BALZY has now grown into a large company that is active throughout Europe and counts more than 200,000 happy men as regular customers.

Where are BALZY products produced?

BALZY products are conceived and designed at our headquarters in Amsterdam and produced at various locations worldwide.

Our consumer electronics unit is located in a suburb of Guangzhou, China.

Our care products, including the Body & Balls collection and skincare, are produced by a factory in Latvia.
Our clothing and lifestyle products are produced in Colombia.

Social involvement
Wherever we produce or work, a valuable boost and investment in the local economy and a safe workplace are central to BALZY.

In addition, we have extremely strict quality requirements and a high level of control in common to ensure that all products we produce meet the quality and sustainability criteria as set out in our internal documentation.

Can I order once or do I have to take out a subscription?

You can order once and are never obliged to take out a subscription with your purchase.

Your Platinum Perfection Plan offers many additional features including extra discounts, extended warranties and free gifts.

You can always adjust your subscription if the latest order has not yet been processed.

Payment & Refund

Can I pay afterwards?

If you want to pay for your order afterwards, you can choose to use Klarna. Klarna offers payment on account for consumers.

How do refunds work?

If a refund is initiated by BALZY, you will receive an automatic email with all the information. From that moment on, it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to be back on your account. The processing time depends on the banks and payment providers.

If you paid with a gift card, the amount on your gift card will be increased.

Which payment methods does BALZY offer?

Online shopping should be easy, pleasant and familiar and the key to this is that you can pay in the way that suits you best.

At BALZY you can pay for your order with almost all common payment methods. We accept iDeal, Bancontact, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PayPal and Klarna.

Can I pay with Klarna?

Paying with Klarna is also possible at BALZY. Thanks to Klarna you have more options to pay for your purchase the way you like it.

Paying with Klarna is very easy:
- Shop as you are used to.
- Choose Klarna at checkout.
- Log in to Klarna and complete the order.

Returns & Warranty

My product is broken. What now?

If your product is broken due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us so we can explore your options.

Can I return my order?

You can return your purchase under certain conditions.

We have a 30-day return period. Please note that most of BALZY's products are classified as ' hygienic products '.

How long does it take before I get my purchase price back?

Your return will be processed within 10 working days of receipt.

If your return is approved, your purchase amount will be immediately refunded to your chosen payment method.

BALZY never transfers money to an account number. The processing time of your refund depends on the chosen payment method and can take up to 10 business days.

You will always receive a confirmation email from BALZY with information about your refund. From that moment on, the 10 working days start.

There is no point in contacting us within 10 business days asking where your refund is. We cannot speed up this process.
