RETURN CONDITIONS
To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following conditions:
Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
The product must be undamaged and in its original packaging.
Items from a combo-box cannot be returned individually.
We will refund your purchase to the original payment method used.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
If a gift card was used for payment, the refund will be credited back to the gift card.
Non-BALZY products sent to us in error are the sender’s responsibility and will not be processed.
Important: Always follow the instructions in our return portal. Unauthorized returns (without prior registration) will not be processed. If you send a return without registering, we cannot process your refund.
HYGIENE SEAL
Some products come with a hygiene seal—and for good reason. We want every customer to receive a brand-new, unused product. The seal allows us to guarantee this.
If the seal is broken, we assume the product has been used. This applies to the following items:

Products from our Body & Face Care Collection
Under consumer protection laws, hygienic products are excluded from standard return policies. A used product cannot be resold for health and safety reasons.
However, as part of our social impact program, we donate cleaned and refurbished electrical devices (with new blades) to charitable organizations supporting people in need.
If you return a used device, we will professionally clean it and later donate it. A €12 cleaning fee per device will be deducted from your refund.
Body & Face Care products cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.
