Warranty period

Our nose and body trimmers are covered by the legal guarantee of 2 years from the date of purchase. This means that if a manufacturing or material defect occurs within this period, we will repair the defect free of charge or replace the product. We always aim to process this within 24 hours. As a rule, this means that you will often have a replacement product at home within 72 hours.
At BALZY we call that service.

Please note: without an order number we unfortunately cannot process your claim. An order number from BALZY looks like this #123456.

The order number appears several times in your purchase & shipping confirmations that you received by email at the time of purchase.

Warranty conditions

We guarantee that your BALZY product will not have any manufacturing or material defects during the warranty period. To make use of the warranty, you must meet the following conditions:

✅ You purchased the product via the BALZY webshop or an authorized BALZY dealer.
✅ You can show a valid proof of purchase.
✅ You return the product to BALZY when requested.
✅ You have used the product as intended and according to the instructions.

If your product develops a defect under these terms within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. Normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.

Sometimes an exact replacement is not possible, for example with products that are out of stock. In that case we offer an equivalent model. Repaired or replacement products may contain minor design changes.
