Placing an order is easy! Go to the product you want to order, click on 'Add to shopping cart'. When all the products you want to order, you can easily navigate to the shopping cart to the shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon at the top right. Check the order and click on 'to pay', fill in the shipping information and around your order!

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet been sent. Contact our customer service as soon as possible.

To get an invoice of your order you can contact our customer service. They will ensure that you receive an invoice!

Online shopping should be easy, nice and trusted and the key to that is that you can pay in the way you experience the most pleasant. With Balzy you can therefore pay for your order with practically all common payment methods. We accept iDeal, Bancontact, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PayPal and Klarna.

 

If you want to pay your order afterwards, you can choose to use Klarna. Klarna offers payment in account for consumers.

For orders above € 80, shipping is free. We charge € 3.95 shipping costs for orders under this amount.

 

Orders within the Netherlands and Belgium are usually delivered within 1 working day. The delivery time can vary per country for international orders. Find a clear overview of our delivery times below:

  • The Netherlands & Belgium: Delivery the next day - Order before 23:59 (free shipping from € 80).
  • Germany: 1-2 working days (free shipping from € 100).
  • Rest of Europe: 3-5 working days (free shipping from € 100).
  • Rest of the world: 6-10 working days (free shipping from € 100)

Once your order has been sent, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail, with which you can follow the status.

The delivery person leaves a message or tries to deliver the package to the neighbors. Otherwise you can pick it up at a collection point.

Yes, you can do this by indicating this on the track & trace that you receive once your order has been sent.

First check whether your package has been delivered to the neighbors or is at a collection point. If that is not the case, wait 24 hours, because sometimes a package is marked as delivered before it is actually delivered. Is your order still not found after this period? Then contact our customer service.

 

Check the tracking link for updates. Sometimes a delay can occur at the carrier. Contact us if the status of your track & trace is fixed for more than 2 working days. 

If your package is automatically returned, this can have various reasons, such as an incorrect or incomplete address, several failed delivery attempts or not picking it up in time at a collection point. Does your track & trace give this status? Then contact our customer service.

You can return your purchase under certain conditions.

For example, we use a return period of 30 days. Keep in mind that the majority of Balzy's products are classified as'hygienic'.

As soon as we receive your article, the reimbursement will be discussed within 24 hours. You will receive a message as soon as your return has been treated.

All major credit card companies generally take 5-7 business days to process the reimbursement before it appears on your bank account.

You have a 2-year manufacturer's warranty on our trimmers at manufacturing or material errors. In that case we replace the product free of charge. We strive to process your warranty claim within 24 hours.
